Trevor and Jordan’s Wedding – Florida Air Museum – March 29, 2013

Trevor and Jordan were such a cute couple! The first wedding of 2013 here at the Florida Air Museum. Their theme was a mix between travel and aviation with romantic vintage touches.  The bride and her family got really creative and went all out with the theme. The centerpieces were all different and an eclectic grouping of different vintage items the bride collected through the process. One of the most special things was the table they had setup as guests entered with important antiques, pictures and items from their family and grandparents. Trevor and Jordan danced their first dance as husband and wife under and up-lit parachute we suspended from the ceiling. We utilized authentic briefing room chairs from an aircraft carrier to create vignettes of seating for the guests to enjoy around the dance floor and strung cafe lighting from the landing gear on the aircraft hanging from the ceiling of the museum.

The grooms favorite airplane in our museum collection was a yellow Cub airplane so we decided to use it as a centerpiece for the buffet setup and staged the tables around the wings to make it stand out. They exited the wedding with everyone throwing paper airplanes and everyone left with a customized jar of honey as a favor.

Here are some of our favorite pictures from their wedding day…
